Charlie's X Chai Lords Plant-Powered Icy Poles
✨ SERVES: 4 ✨
2 fresh figs
2 tbsp Chai Lords - Chai Latte ☕
1 tbsp brown sugar
420g organic coconut milk
100g Charlies Plant Powered Choc Chip Cookie Dough 🍪
Slice one of the figs. Press slices into the sides of the icy pole moulds and freeze for at least two hours.
Combine Chai Lords – Chai Latte and brown sugar together in a medium bowl.
Add organic coconut milk and whisk gently until the chai and sugar have dissolved well. 🥥
Chop the remaining fig into small pieces (pea-sized) and add to the bowl.
Take half of Charlie's Cookie Dough and using the tip of a teaspoon, scoop very small pieces of dough into the bowl.
Stir the mixture gently with a wooden spoon.
Carefully pour the mixture into the icy pole moulds while avoiding the frozen fig slices from the sides. Add the icy pole stick and freeze for at least 8 hours. 🧊
Preheat oven to 180°C. With the remaining Charlie's Cookie Dough, use the tip of a teaspoon to scoop very small pieces of dough onto a lightly greased baking tray.
Bake for 8 minutes or until cookies are golden and crunchy. ⏲️
When cool, crush cookies with a rolling pin. To serve, demould icy poles and roll in crushed cookies. 💫
