When will my seriously good chai arrive?
Depending on the State you reside in, we aim to have the Chai to you within 3-5 business days. However please note there might be some delays in our postal service due to Covid-19.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer FREE delivery within Australia for orders over $35.00 AUD. For orders less than $35.00 our shipping costs is $4.95 for Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
Do you ship internationally?
If you require to ship internationally, please send us an email at contact@chailords.com and we will let you know the freight fees for the country you reside in.
I want my package to be left in a safe spot even if no one is at home. How can I make sure of this?
You do not need to do anything, by default the delivery procedure is to leave the pack at a safe spot if there is no one at destination. If you want to personally receive the pack then please add this to your notes section at the checkout. We will then make sure your pack is signed off on delivery. In this case, if you are not home then the delivery driver might leave a notice in your mailbox and drop the pack in your local post office
Returns
Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange for change of mind (We wouldn't think you would anyway...it's seriously good Chai!). In an event where you have received faulty goods, please send an email to contact@chailords.com and one of our representatives with connect with you ASAP.
