The perfect side or have them on their own, these spiced sweet potato chips are perfection. And no, they don't taste like a chai latte. They have the perfect balance of sweet and spice by using our best selling Instant Chai Latte to season.
You won't need to load up on salt and oil for this simple and healthy recipe. Simply cut, season, bake and enjoy.
- 1 whole sweet potato
- 2 tablespoons Chai Lords Instant Chai Latte
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Vegan mayo for dipping sauce
- Wash and peel (if you would like the skin off) your sweet potato.
- Cut the sweet potato so you end up with 1cm thick chips. Place onto a oven tray.
- Sprinkle with oil and chai latte powder, mix with your hands so each chip is covered evenly.
- Place in the oven at a temperature of 180C and 15-20 minutes, or until cooked.
- Enjoy with dip of choice!
