Chai Lords Spiced Carrot & Apple Porridge @nourishandflourishsyd

  • 1 tsp @chailords Instant Chai Latte
  • 1/4 cup quinoa or oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup shredded apple
  • 1/3 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 scoop of protein powder


Add all ingredients except protein powder into a pot and cook the desired consistency is reached. Mix in protein powder and top with toppings of your choice
