- 2 tsp Chai Lords Instant Chai Latte
- 2 pears
- 2 tsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- Preheat the over to 175 degrees Celsius.
- Cut pears in half and remove the core.
- Top evenly with melted coconut oil. Then add the Chai Lords powder, coconut sugar, honey and lemon juice.
- Flip pears cut-side down and bake for 20-30 minutes. Or until tender.
- Carefully remove from the oven and flip pears over. Bake for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with coconut yoghurt, granola and extra Chai Lords Instant Chai Latte Powder
