Chai Lords Spiced Baked Pears

Method

  1. Preheat the over to 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cut pears in half and remove the core.
  3. Top evenly with melted coconut oil. Then add the Chai Lords powder, coconut sugar, honey and lemon juice.
  4. Flip pears cut-side down and bake for 20-30 minutes. Or until tender.
  5. Carefully remove from the oven and flip pears over. Bake for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with coconut yoghurt, granola and extra Chai Lords Instant Chai Latte Powder
