Chai Lords Energy Balls


  • 1 cup of dates
  • 2 teaspoons of Chai Lords Instant Chai Latte
  • 2 Tablespoons of protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil


  1. Soak dates in hot water for 10-30 minutes.
  2. Blend dates into a paste.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Use a teaspoon to measure each energy ball. Roll into a smooth ball and store in the fridge.
