- 1 sachet Salted Caramel protein overnight oats (or 1/2 cup quick oats + optional protein powder)
- 2/3 cup almond milk infused with chai (infuse Chai Lords' Loose Leaf Honey Chai in warmed milk & drained out the tea leaves)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Chai
- 1 tbsp Crunchy Peanut butter
- Combine all fo the ingredients, blend until smooth and place in a small oven safe dish.
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 175 degrees C.
