Chai Lords Chai Latte Protein Donuts - Recipe by @run2food

Ingredients

DRY

WET

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • *Optional 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

FROSTING

 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175c/350f. Spray two donuts with non-stick spray or use a silicone donut tray
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Whisk together all the wet ingredients
  4. Add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until a thick batter forms
  5. Divide the batter evenly amongst the donut holes
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked
  7. Remove donuts from the oven and allow them to cool before decorating
  8. Once the donuts have cooled, make the frosting by mixing the ingredients until smooth
  9. Dip the donut in the frosting. Optional: sprinkle over the biscuit crumbs
