Ingredients
DRY
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1.2 cup granulated sweetener
- 1/2 cup vegan salted caramel protein powder
- 2 tablespoons Chai Lords Instant Chai Latte Powder
WET
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- *Optional 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
FROSTING
- 1/2 cup powder4ed almond butter + 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 teaspoons Chai Lords Instant Chai Latte Powder
Method
- Preheat the oven to 175c/350f. Spray two donuts with non-stick spray or use a silicone donut tray
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Whisk together all the wet ingredients
- Add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until a thick batter forms
- Divide the batter evenly amongst the donut holes
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked
- Remove donuts from the oven and allow them to cool before decorating
- Once the donuts have cooled, make the frosting by mixing the ingredients until smooth
- Dip the donut in the frosting. Optional: sprinkle over the biscuit crumbs
