- 1 cup oat/almond flour
- 1.5 cup plain gluten free flour
- 1 cup dairy free butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup Chai Lords Instant Chai Latte Powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarb soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 - 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Method
- Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Add flour, baking soda and bicarb soda. Combine everything until it all comes together in a wet dough
- Fold in choc chips
- Till them into balls and place on baking tray
- Bake in a 190 degree oven for 20 minutes
